Level One Yoga Classes
Group yoga classes at the gym or trying to follow yoga DVD's can be intimidating if you don't have some background in the principles of yoga exercise first. Combining my experience as a personal trainer and as a Stott mat Pilates instructor with my YogaFit Level One training, I can teach you the basic principles to make sure you perform the yoga poses with proper form at home or the the gym.
Cost per one hour individual training session: $25 held at my home studio, or $50 if I come to your home or office.
