Zumba Fitness Classes
Get in on the latest fitness class sweeping the world!
NO partners are required, all dancing is done solo, with the basics from the following dances incorporated into a great 1 hour aerobic workout. Get your friends and family together and make this into a social Zumba Party!
I currently teach Zumba at the Glen Ellyn B.R. Ryall YMCA Monday's at 5:45 PM.
Starting in January, 2009, I will also teach Zumba at the Warrenville Park District Wednesday's at 5:15 pm.
If you would rather have your own private Zumba Classes with your friends and family, you can arrange for classes at my private fitness studio or your home.
Cost for four 45 minute sessions at my fitness studio: $25 per person, 4 person minimum.
Cost for four 45 minute sessions at your home or office: $50 per person, 4 person minimum.
